Job Description

Key Responsibilities



  • Re-underwrite deals and assess performance vs. pro forma


  • Build and analyze debt models; support financing strategies


  • Lead execution of asset-level business plans and value-add initiatives


  • Work closely with third-party operators to drive leasing and NOI growth


  • Monitor budgets, capex plans, and property performance metrics


  • Support investment committee reporting and internal communications

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications



  • 2-4 years of real estate experience (private equity, investment, or asset management)


  • Strong Excel modeling skills and financial acumen


  • Familiarity with multifamily assets (workforce/attainable strongly preferred; higher education housing a plus)


  • Detail-oriented and operationally focused


  • No restrictions or conflicts due to exclusivity or non-compete agreements
