Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Manage a team of up to 15 Manufacturing Engineers, overseeing the development and implementation of Right First Time processes across diverse machining platforms, including wire EDM, CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and custom equipment.

  Establish and uphold standards for machine programming, tooling and fixture acquisition/management, detailed shop floor process documentation, and validation protocols for both processes and measurement systems.

  Oversee the execution of multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment focused on rapid product innovation and enhancement. Ensure team resources are strategically aligned to meet deadlines and uphold engineering quality standards.

  Evaluate the capabilities of the manufacturing engineering team and implement development plans to enhance their technical skills and support their career growth.
• 
  
  Champion a culture rooted in strict adherence to processes to maintain product quality and ensure a safe working environment.
• 
  
  Drive continuous improvement efforts by applying effective problem-solving techniques and leveraging industry best practices.
