Due to impressive growth, they are hiring an experienced Manufacturing Engineer for their team here in IL!Job DescriptionRead and understand product drawings/schematics from our engineers.Lead problem solving efforts to resolve production problems.Communicate with our quality and engineering teams to drive process improvements.Develop proper manufacturing, testing, and quality control standard work.Conduct in process checks on the production line to ensure standard work is followed and work-in-process, finished products, and packing meet quality requirements.Conduct final inspection on finished products and record test data.Develop and improve monthly reports to quantify Production improvement and identify areas requiring attention/improvementDetermine the process capabilities and outgoing quality levels of all major products.Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities.Assist in the development and implementation of training programs, process planning, and policies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
