With a strong commitment to innovation and quality, they support complex product development from prototype to full-scale production.Job DescriptionSome of the responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer include, but are not limited to:Assist with the installation of new equipment, including injection molding machines, robotics, and auxiliary systems.Diagnose and repair issues in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems to restore equipment functionality.Perform component testing and calibration using hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices, referencing manufacturer guidelines and troubleshooting techniques.Repair and adjust pick-and-place tooling and mechanical control systems; calibrate and fine-tune operation points.Work with automation, robotics, and material handling equipment to ensure optimal performance.Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks as outlined by the project manager.Carry out equipment calibrations and re-qualifications on a routine basis.Support process technicians and supervisors with the setup and teardown of processing equipmentMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
