With a focus on innovation and application expertise, they offer a diverse product line catering to various power conversion needs across industries such as enterprise computing, telecommunications, industrial automation, transportation, and aerospace and defense electronics.Job DescriptionAs the Lean Engineer for this client, your key responsibilities would include:Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and operations to devise protocols ensuring the production teams yield top-quality products.Provide guidance on quality controls, instructing production personnel on their application and overseeing results.Develop and deploy workflows for quality control enhancement, streamlining the quality assurance process.Gather data on product errors, investigating potential solutions through troubleshooting of manufacturing or design procedures.Apply sound theoretical understanding of electronics manufacturing engineering principles to anticipate and address factors impacting product quality.Lead comprehensive problem-solving efforts, encompassing trend and root cause analysis, containment, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions using established Six Sigma methodologies.Drive enhancements to current product processes, undertaking intricate engineering tasks to enhance reliability and manufacturability of The Client's products.Play a pivotal role in advancing factory processes through metrics-driven process improvement initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
