This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in land/site development, who thrives in the field and is comfortable managing multiple scopes such as utilities, paving, landscaping, and more. You'll report directly to the Production Manager and play a key role in delivering high-profile, high-impact community projects.Job DescriptionThe Land Development Superintendent - Multifamily Builder will be responsible for:Oversee day-to-day site operations for residential land development projectsCoordinate with contractors, engineers, and utility providers to ensure timely progressMonitor site work for quality, safety, and compliance with plans and regulationsSchedule and inspect clearing, grading, utilities, paving, and other infrastructureResolve field issues and conflicts to maintain project timelinesMaintain daily reports and communicate status updates to project managersEnsure erosion control and stormwater management measures are in place and effectiveConduct regular site walks to verify work meets specifications and standardsManage punch lists and final acceptance processes with municipalitiesSupport budgeting and forecasting by providing input on field progress and challengesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
