Job Description

  • Manage daily operations of construction sites, ensuring safety and quality control.
  • Oversee the performance of contractors and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, and document any issues.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance.
  • Review the work progress on daily basis.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
