Job Description

  • Manage and maintain Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)- Workday.
  • Ensure data accuracy within the HRIS and conduct regular audits.
  • Provide technical support to the Human Resources team.
  • Develop and implement HRIS system enhancements.
  • Prepare and analyze reports that are necessary for strategic planning.
  • Train HR and management staff on new processes/functionality.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and HR colleagues to understand their issues and needs regarding HRIS, and to recommend improvements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'HRIS Analyst' should have:

  • Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst.
  • Prior Workday experience.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and handle complex data sets.
