Job Description

  • Coordinate day-to-day HR activities including recruiting support, onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
  • Handle benefits administration tasks such as COBRA, billing reconciliations, and employee inquiries.
  • Support office management responsibilities, ensuring a smooth and professional work environment.
  • Assist with payroll-related tasks as needed.
  • Partner with remote HR leadership on various projects and administrative duties.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of HR coordination or related experience in a professional environment.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Fully onsite in Brooklyn; able to work independently as the main HR contact.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now is helpful, but not required)
  • Poised and professional with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
