About Our Client

Our client is a global software development startup with over 1,500 employees. The HR Bsusiness Partner is an exciting opportunity to join their global HR team. The role reports into the Regional VP of People.

The HRBP position requires someone who has supported customer-facing business units, preferably in the tech or software space. Candidates must have business accumen and the ability to act as a strategic partner to senior leaders globally and regionally. The HRBP will focus on synchronizing team objectives with overarching HR plans, specifically around performance, development, and workforce initiatives.

Job Description



  • Develop and implement strategies focused on workforce growth and development.


  • Act as a key consultant and collaborator to senior management by providing insights, mentorship, and strategic advice.


  • Support and guide senior leaders to improve leadership effectiveness, build strong teams, and foster a culture centered on people.


  • Continuously analyze organizational and team challenges, identify underlying issues, recommend actions, and apply data-driven solutions.


  • Design and deliver scalable initiatives covering organizational structure, performance oversight, talent growth, employee motivation, recognition programs, change facilitation, and team building to promote development.


  • Work closely with HR departments and global partners to coordinate workforce planning, hiring, employee engagement, and learning opportunities, ensuring cultural consistency.
