Job Description

  • Prepare and review financial statements to ensure compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual filings, including 10-Q and 10-K reports.
  • Support the Accounting & Finance department by analyzing financial data and reconciling accounts.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during quarterly and annual audit processes.
  • Research and implement updates to SEC reporting requirements and accounting standards.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve reporting processes and internal controls.
  • Maintain organized documentation to support compliance and audit readiness.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting regulations.
  • 5-9 years with the majority of experience in Big 4/public accounting
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
