This person will join the senior leadership team and take full control and responsibility over the Aurora plant with revenues of $100M.Job DescriptionWithin this Financial Reporting position, responsibilities will include:Prepare and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP/.Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Analyze financial data and trends to identify variances and explain key drivers.Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.Maintain and improve reporting tools, templates, and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other systems.Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit processes by preparing necessary documentation.Work closely with senior leadership to provide insights into company performance and financial metrics.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes as needed.Stay updated on new accounting standards and reporting requirements to ensure compliance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
