As they continue to expand their portfolio and operations, they are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in day-to-day operations and contribute to the success of our business.Job DescriptionExecutive Support: Provide administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing incoming inquiries, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and manage business documents, including reports, presentations, contracts, and agreements.Real Estate Transactions: Assist with the preparation and organization of real estate transactions, including due diligence, property research, contract reviews, and coordination with legal teams.Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring smooth execution and attention to detail.Project Management: Assist with ongoing projects, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and resources are effectively managed.Office Management: Maintain office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and assist with other general office operations.Confidentiality: Handle sensitive company information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.Other Duties as Assigned: Support the team with ad-hoc tasks, as needed, to ensure the smooth operation of the business.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
