This position is for a talented ERP Manager to join a leading manufacturing organization in Boston. The role is hybrid (3 days in office) and you will be responsible for leading the organizations ERP rollout, and the long-term ERP strategy of the organization. Job Description

The ideal ERP Manager candidate will:

  • Lead the team that is responsible for the organizations ERP environment (they currently have multiple ERP's implemented and are looking to select one ERP to fully implement and migrate to)
  • Be responsible for future ERP planning, implementation, support and maintenance
  • Manage individuals (you will have 1 direct report initially with a view to growing the team long-term)
  • Work on-site 3 days a week in Boston

The Successful Applicant

The successful ERP Manager candidate will:

  • 10+ years ERP experience, with preferably 5+ in a leadership / project leadership position
  • ERP experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Extensive experience leading ERP projects, with experience managing full life-cycle ERP implementations
  • Sage X3 or SAP experience is preferred, other ERPs will be considered
  • Experience and an overall understanding of sales, purchasing, manufacturing, inventory, general ledger, and reporting
  • People management experience is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • A base salary of up to $180,000
  • A 10% Target Bonus
