Job Description

Director of People and Culture - Falmouth MA - Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Designs recruitment strategies, manages postings, interviews, and candidate selection.

  • Handles offer negotiation, onboarding, and pre-employment compliance.



Administrative Duties

  • Maintains compliance with DOT, background checks, and drug-free policies.

  • Utilizes technology for efficiency and data-driven decision-making.



Employee Engagement

  • Creates engagement initiatives, communication strategies, and team-building events.

  • Collects feedback through surveys to assess satisfaction and culture.



Learning & Development

  • Identifies training needs and implements programs to develop skills and leadership.

The Successful Applicant

Director of People and Culture - Falmouth MA - Qualifications:

  • 5+ yrs experience in a Human Resources role
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
  • Excellent technical skills (MS Office Suite)
  • An Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources or a related field preferred
