Backed by strong leadership and strategic capital partners, the company is poised for continued expansion and offers a dynamic environment where talented professionals can make a significant impact.Job DescriptionLead the development and review of all division-level financial forecasts, budgets, and business plans.Provide in-depth financial analysis, including revenue, cost, margin, and ratio tracking to support operational consistency and profitability.Partner with land acquisition teams to underwrite new deals, manage project budgets, and coordinate with accounting and legal for entity setup.Support monthly budget meetings and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Construction, and Purchasing to align assumptions and forecasts.Prepare financial reports and variance analyses for leadership; respond to ad hoc requests.Manage and mentor the finance team, setting clear goals, policies, and development plans to ensure performance and alignment with business objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
