The team is composed of experienced professionals who value innovation, integrity, and performance, fostering a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Development Manager to lead and support the evaluation and execution of new industrial development projects and select institutional redevelopment opportunities in the Houston area. This individual will play a key role in driving projects from inception through completion, requiring a comprehensive understanding of the real estate development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the full development process, including site selection, entitlements, design, permitting, construction, and leasing.Evaluate prospective development opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and support investment analysis.Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, architects, and public stakeholders.Manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within scope.Lead due diligence efforts and risk management throughout the development process.Monitor market trends and maintain strong relationships with brokers, municipalities, and other stakeholders.Travel regularly to project sites to assess progress, maintain quality standards, and address issues proactively.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
