Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for MOB and healthcare interior projects
  • Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations and project requirements
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Interpret construction documents and ensure adherence to design intent and specifications
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues
  • Conduct inspections and quality control checks to maintain the highest standards
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams on progress and milestones

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Proven experience delivering ground-up or interior MOB projects
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare-specific construction standards and protocols
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage tight timelines and multiple trades on-site
  • OSHA 30 certification and current first aid/CPR preferred
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in construction management platforms
