This includes managing the entire lifecycle of the project, from design and permitting to construction and completion.Team Leadership: Leading a team of project managers, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals. Ensuring clear communication and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise within the team.Client Relations: Serving as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and providing regular updates on project progress.Budget and Cost Management: Monitoring project costs, ensuring the project stays within the established budget.
