Top ENR firm, family owned & operated, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team!

Primarily work on Largescale Industrial projects in CT - also do Academic, Healthcare, & Public/Community

Generally will be a combo of on-site / in-office, some jobs 100% onsite

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for:

  • Running projects from start through completion on time & within budget
  • Responsible for scheduling & project financials currently
  • Leading/Taking ownership of the project they are on
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
  • Upholding company image / professionalism
  • Must be able to commutable to project sites throughout CT

The Successful Applicant

The right Project Manager has the following qualifications:

  • Strong background in ground-up Industrial work
  • Very comfortable managing projects $15M-$30M start to finish
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor (required)
  • Ability to implement Lean construction principles
  • Thorough understanding of contract documents, drawings, specifications, construction means and method, materials, survey methods & overall construction planning and cost control
  • B.S. and/or M.S. degree in engineering or construction management
  • Computer skill & familiarity with construction softwares
  • P6, JD Edwards, Textura, BIM 360 Field - a plus
  • OSHA 10, OSHA 30
