Job Description

  • Oversee global cash positioning and daily liquidity management across multiple currencies and jurisdictions
  • Lead short- and long-term cash flow forecasting and drive improvements to working capital efficiency
  • Manage banking relationships and ensure the effectiveness of treasury operations across global subsidiaries
  • Monitor foreign exchange exposures and support execution of hedging strategies
  • Administer intercompany lending, cash pooling structures, and funding arrangements
  • Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Legal to ensure alignment on treasury and financial initiatives
  • Ensure SOX compliance and maintain internal controls related to treasury activities
  • Support credit facility compliance, covenant reporting, and debt-related documentation
  • Contribute to strategic treasury projects, including systems enhancements and automation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CTP certification is a plus)
  • 6+ years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of global cash management, FX risk mitigation, and debt compliance
  • Proficiency with treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, or similar platforms)
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work across functions and geographies
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
