Known for their progressive culture, they prioritize innovation, collaboration, and empowering team members to take ownership and grow.Job DescriptionThe Commercial Superintendent - Virginia will be responsible for:Coordinating daily field operations to meet project objectives, timelines, and goalsMonitoring overall project progress and reviewing team practices for consistency, efficiency, and qualityAssisting in maintaining and updating the project schedule and budget alongside Senior SuperintendentsCollaborating with subcontractors on recovery planning and holding regular meetings to address progress and remove obstaclesReading construction documents to determine requirements and guide planningRecording and maintaining reports including personnel data, production logs, project status, and other operational informationManaging job site safety by actively walking the site, participating in inspections and training, and engaging with staff and subcontractorsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
