Commercial Project Manager - Colorado Springs

• Oversee all stages of project management including planning, execution, and completion
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders on project status
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Develop and manage project budgets
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement
