Job Description



  • Lead all phases of civil construction projects from precon to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance


  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, clients, engineers, and municipalities to maintain progress and meet expectations


  • Manage budgets, schedules, RFI/submittal processes, and subcontractor buyouts


  • Oversee procurement, permitting, and compliance processes


  • Conduct progress meetings and provide regular reporting to stakeholders


  • Resolve field issues promptly and efficiently to avoid project delays


  • Uphold the company's high standards for quality, safety, and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant



  • 5-10+ years of civil construction experience as a Project Manager


  • Proven success managing projects in one or more of the following:
    ▪️ Water/Wastewater treatment plants
    ▪️ Underground utilities
    ▪️ Earthwork & site development
    ▪️ Roads, bridges, and heavy infrastructure


  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, local agency standards, and contract management


  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to lead cross-functional teams and liaise with external stakeholders


  • Proficient in construction management platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, HCSS, etc.)


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
