Job Description



  • Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily site activities and coordinating subcontractors


  • Help track and maintain construction schedules and site logistics


  • Monitor safety compliance and enforce company and OSHA regulations


  • Support quality control, site inspections, and documentation


  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, trades, vendors, and clients


  • Manage deliveries, equipment, and general site organization


  • Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and field documentation

The Successful Applicant



  • Has 2+ years of on-site commercial construction experience


  • Understands construction drawings, schedules, and field coordination


  • Possesses strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills


  • Is proactive, coachable, and eager to grow into a leadership role


  • Holds (or is working toward) an OSHA 30 certification


  • Is proficient with basic technology; familiarity with tools like Procore or PlanGrid is a plus


  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
