Job Description

The Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Lead Superintendent on the full scope of physical construction of the project
  • Safety, QA/QC, Subcontractor Management, Document Control, Schedule, Relationship Management & Project Management
  • Directs the day-to-day work of tradesmen and Subcontractors to turn out high quality work, within budget and on time
  • Plans in advance and ensures the flow of personnel and materials will be available

The Successful Applicant

The candidate will have:

  • Strong tenure from reputable GCs
  • Sharp, presentable, client facing skills
  • Multifamily experience is a plus, but not a must have
  • Experience with or interest in Safety, QA/QC, Subcontractor management, document control, schedule, relationship management, and project management
  • 3+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Commutable to Framingham, MA
