The company emphasizes results over rigid structure, empowering employees to work efficiently, take ownership, and grow within the organization.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Superintendent - Design Build - DC Metro will be responsible for:Assisting the Superintendent with day-to-day site operationsCoordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field laborEnsuring adherence to project schedules and deadlinesMonitoring job site progress and maintaining quality standardsEnforcing safety protocols and complying with OSHA regulationsSupporting the development and updating of project schedules and look-aheadsTracking labor, materials, and daily site activityCollaborating with project management on drawings, RFIs, and submittalsAttending and contributing to on-site coordination meetingsManaging site logistics, material deliveries, and storage planningOverseeing construction work to ensure code and spec complianceDocumenting site activity, incidents, and inspectionsAssisting with punch list creation, tracking, and project closeoutMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
