This role supports the Property Manager in maximizing property performance, achieving occupancy and rent goals, maintaining high resident satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.Job DescriptionLeasing & Marketing:Assist with leasing activities including showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease documents.Maintain accurate records of traffic, leases, and renewals.Support community marketing initiatives and resident retention efforts.Resident Relations:Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and service requests.Help resolve resident concerns and complaints to ensure high satisfaction.Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and paperworkOperations & Administration:Assist with rent collection, posting payments, and enforcing lease policies.Help manage vendor relationships and coordinate maintenance and repair work.Maintain accurate records of all property operations using property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, etc.).Prepare reports as requested by the Property Manager or Regional Manager.Property Appearance & Maintenance:Conduct regular property inspections to ensure curb appeal and compliance with safety standards.Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and unit turns.Compliance:Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and company policies.Assist with audits and prepare documentation as required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
