Job Description

  • Coordinate and oversee project schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure milestones are met.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project progress.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, including reports and contracts.
  • Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Support the Project Manager in resolving issues and challenges as they arise during the construction process.
  • Track and report on project performance, providing updates to leadership as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project management best practices.
  • Maintain organized records of all project-related documentation and communications.
