Job Description



  • Support the Project Manager throughout all phases of construction projects


  • Coordinate schedules, budgets, and project documentation


  • Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals


  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout procedures


  • Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards


  • Assist with material procurement and delivery logistics


  • Attend project meetings and contribute to team planning

The Successful Applicant



  • Holds a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field


  • Has 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably interiors


  • Is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills


  • Is proficient in construction project software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project)


  • Speaks English fluently; Spanish is a plus


  • Is either based in or willing to relocate to the Miami area
