Job Description

  • Analyze customer requirements to develop and implement tailored engineering solutions.
  • Interpret technical specifications, assess application suitability, and ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to source components, manage pricing, and gather technical insights.
  • Translate design concepts into manufacturing-ready drawings using AutoCAD or 3D modeling software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during and post-implementation.
  • Drive innovation by incorporating new technologies and enhancing product designs.
  • Coordinate across sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to meet project timelines and ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop and refine processes for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate project progress and technical details with internal teams and external customers.
  • Occasional domestic and international travel may be required to support project needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with 3-5 years of progressive engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC**, machine tools, manufacturing processes, materials, and tolerancing.
  • Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, lubrication, and fabrications.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, or other 3D modeling software.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
