Job Description



  • Assist the Project Manager in managing daily project operations, from preconstruction through closeout


  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries to ensure project milestones are met


  • Maintain project documentation, RFI logs, submittals, and meeting minutes


  • Support in budgeting, scheduling, and procurement processes


  • Conduct jobsite walkthroughs and assist with quality control and safety protocols


  • Communicate with clients, architects, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant



  • 2-5 years of experience supporting commercial interior projects in NYC


  • Strong working knowledge of construction documents, trades, and NYC building regulations


  • Excellent communication and organizational skills


  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)


  • A proactive mindset with a passion for construction and team collaboration
